14. Severability and no waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a permanent waiver. Section headings are for convenience and do not change meaning.
