1. Currency and displayed prices
Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars. Public service prices describe the base fee for the identified delivery format and scope. Customized requirements, additional participants, expanded licensing, travel requested in writing, accelerated timelines, third-party resources, or work outside the standard scope may require a separate quote.
A displayed price does not create an obligation to provide a service if a listing contains an obvious typographical or technical error. If an error affects an order, Westora Learning will explain the correction and allow the purchaser to accept the corrected price or cancel for a refund of the affected amount.
2. Payment authorization
By submitting payment information through an approved checkout or invoice system, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the stated charge, applicable taxes, and any expressly approved additional amount. Payment-card information is processed by third-party payment providers and should not be sent by email or entered into a general contact form.
An order is not final until payment is authorized and Westora Learning issues confirmation. A temporary authorization, pending bank entry, or automated receipt does not guarantee service availability if payment later fails or is reversed.
3. Fixed course and session fees
Digital courses, private sessions, workshops, coaching, and standard programs are normally charged as fixed fees at checkout or booking. Payment is due before access is released or a session is confirmed unless a written invoice states another due date. A fee covers only the inclusions described for that service.
4. Training packages and customized projects
Business training, curriculum development, materials development, and digital program setup may be billed in full, by deposit and final balance, or by project milestones. The proposal or invoice will identify the scope, fee, due dates, included revisions, and any approved expenses. Work may begin after the required initial payment and necessary project inputs are received.
Requests that materially change the subject, audience, duration, quantity, format, or delivery schedule may require a written change order. Additional work is not included unless the revised fee and timing are approved.
5. Ongoing monthly support
Ongoing Learning & Training Support may be billed monthly only after the customer expressly agrees to recurring billing. The amount, billing date, included support, and cancellation method will be stated before enrollment. By authorizing recurring billing, the customer permits the applicable fee and tax to be charged each billing period until cancellation takes effect.
A reminder may be provided where required by law or the payment platform. The customer remains responsible for cancelling before the next billing date. Cancellation rules and treatment of the current billing period are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Invoices and due dates
Invoice payments are due on the date shown. If an invoice does not state a due date, payment is due upon receipt. The customer must review invoices promptly and raise a specific billing question within 15 calendar days, although this period does not reduce rights that cannot legally be limited.
Westora Learning may pause access, scheduling, development, or delivery when an undisputed amount is overdue. Pausing for nonpayment may affect the project schedule and does not remove the obligation to pay for completed work or reserved delivery time.
7. Taxes and third-party charges
Prices may exclude sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes. Applicable taxes will be calculated or added where required. A tax-exempt customer must provide valid documentation before the charge is processed; exemption cannot be assumed from an organization name alone.
The customer is responsible for charges imposed by its bank, card issuer, currency converter, internet provider, or other third party. Westora Learning does not control foreign-exchange rates or issuer fees.
8. Failed, declined, or reversed payments
If a payment is declined, expires, is reversed, or cannot be collected, Westora Learning may request a different payment method, suspend access, remove an unconfirmed reservation, or pause project work. The customer remains responsible for valid charges and reasonable collection costs permitted by law.
Repeated attempts are not guaranteed. Customers should verify billing details directly with their financial institution without sending confidential account information to Westora Learning.
9. Discounts, credits, and promotional pricing
A discount or promotional price applies only during the stated period and to the identified service. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively. A service credit may be subject to an expiration date and the availability of an eligible replacement service.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, the service description, and any written project terms. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times vary, and Westora Learning cannot control the final posting date after the refund has been submitted.
11. Billing disputes and chargebacks
If you do not recognize a charge or believe an amount is incorrect, contact programs@westoralearning.com with the purchaser name, transaction date, amount, and a description of the issue. Do not include a full card number. Westora Learning will compare the request with order, access, scheduling, and delivery records.
Customers are encouraged to allow a reasonable opportunity for direct review before initiating a chargeback. Westora Learning may respond to a payment dispute with transaction records, applicable policies, communications, digital access information, attendance records, and evidence of completed work.
12. Payment records and privacy
Westora Learning retains reasonable transaction and invoice records for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal purposes. Payment providers handle card data under their own terms and security practices. Additional information about personal data appears in the Privacy Policy.
13. Policy updates
This policy may be updated as payment methods, services, or legal requirements change. The version presented with a purchase or incorporated into a signed agreement generally governs that transaction.
