1. General approach
Westora Learning reserves instructor time, platform capacity, and development resources when a service is purchased. This policy is designed to provide a clear and proportionate process while recognizing that digital content may be delivered immediately and customized work may begin before final delivery.
Program-specific written terms presented before purchase control if they are more specific than this policy. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
2. How to request a cancellation or refund
Send a written request to programs@westoralearning.com and include the purchaser’s name, the email used at checkout, the service title, purchase date, scheduled date if applicable, and the reason for the request. Do not send full payment-card details. A request is considered received when it reaches the designated inbox.
Submitting a request does not itself confirm eligibility. Westora Learning will review access records, scheduling information, completed work, and any written project terms before communicating a decision.
3. Self-paced digital courses
A refund request for a self-paced digital course must be received within seven calendar days after purchase and before the participant has accessed more than 20 percent of the course or downloaded a substantial portion of the included materials. If both conditions are met, Westora Learning may issue a refund to the original payment method.
A digital-course purchase is generally non-refundable after the seven-day period, substantial course access, completion, or substantial downloading because the educational content has already been made available. Access may be revoked after a refund is approved.
4. Private training and one-on-one coaching
A participant may request one reschedule without an additional scheduling fee when written notice is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. The replacement session must be selected from available dates and normally completed within 60 days of the original date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the start time, late arrivals that prevent useful delivery, and no-shows are not refundable. Westora Learning may make a documented exception for an emergency or where required by law, but an exception in one situation does not modify the general policy.
5. Instructor-led workshops and small-group programs
Individual registrations may be cancelled for a refund when written notice is received at least seven calendar days before the first scheduled session. Requests received between seven days and 48 hours before the first session may be eligible for a transfer to another available date or a service credit. Requests received less than 48 hours before the first session and missed sessions are generally non-refundable.
If permitted by the program description, a business purchaser may substitute another eligible participant before the program begins by providing accurate registration information. Substitution does not expand the number of purchased seats.
6. Business and corporate training packages
Cancellation terms for a private group or corporate package will be included in the written booking confirmation. Unless the confirmation states otherwise, cancellation at least 14 calendar days before delivery is eligible for a refund less documented non-recoverable preparation or platform costs. Cancellation between 14 days and 72 hours before delivery may be converted to a credit or rescheduled once, subject to instructor availability.
Cancellation less than 72 hours before delivery may be non-refundable because preparation and delivery capacity have already been committed. A material change to the audience size, subject, platform, or delivery time may require a revised quote.
7. Customized curriculum, materials, and setup projects
Customized projects are divided into the milestones or work stages stated in the proposal. Deposits, completed discovery, completed milestones, approved drafts, licensed resources, and other non-recoverable costs are not refundable. If a customer cancels before completion, any eligible refund is limited to prepaid work that has not begun, less contractual cancellation charges and approved expenses.
Westora Learning will provide work completed and paid for in the form required by the applicable agreement. A pause requested by the customer may move the delivery schedule. If a project remains inactive because required customer input is missing, restart timing will depend on current availability.
8. Ongoing monthly learning support
Ongoing support may be cancelled before the next billing date by written request. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily produce a partial refund for the current billing period. Access and scheduled support continue through the paid period unless the service is terminated for misuse or another written arrangement applies.
9. Changes or cancellation by Westora Learning
If Westora Learning cancels a paid live session or program and cannot provide a reasonable replacement, the customer may choose an available reschedule, a credit for the affected amount, or a refund for the undelivered portion. A change of instructor, delivery platform, or reasonable agenda sequence is not by itself a cancellation if the essential service remains available.
When severe weather, illness, platform outage, or another event outside reasonable control prevents delivery, Westora Learning will first seek a practical replacement date or delivery method. If no reasonable alternative can be provided, the undelivered portion will be addressed through credit or refund.
10. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless the parties agree otherwise or that method is unavailable. Processing begins after approval, but the time required for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Original foreign-exchange differences, bank fees, or third-party transaction charges may be outside Westora Learning’s control.
Service credits have no cash value, may be limited to the original purchaser, and must be used by the expiration date stated when issued. Credits cannot be combined or transferred unless expressly approved in writing.
11. Chargebacks and billing questions
Contact Westora Learning before initiating a chargeback so the transaction and service record can be reviewed. Filing a chargeback does not cancel contractual obligations. Westora Learning may provide purchase, access, delivery, communication, and policy records to the payment provider when responding to a dispute.
12. Policy changes
This policy may be updated for future purchases. The version presented at the time of purchase generally applies to that transaction unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to the customer.
